For us, access to tourism is a right for everyone, so on our website we have implemented an accessible booking engine, which allows any person with physical, visual or hearing impairment to make a reservation in our hotels effectively. In addition to this, in our establishments we have accessible rooms that adapt to the needs of clients with or without disabilities, taking care of factors such as comfort and design.

Our adapted hotels for people with reduced mobility, offer adapted rooms with adequate turning spaces, motorized articulated beds, automatic door with proximity key, accessible handles, adapted closet with folding hangers, perimeter edge on bedside tables, motorized curtains, elements in help ceiling to be incorporated into the bed, intelligent television with voice activation and reinforced lighting, with acoustic-luminous beacon that incorporates a differentiated alarm.
In the toilets of our hotels, support bars with flush-floor shower and portable chair, accessible toilet with double transfer, flexo shower with single lever, motorized shower screen, emergency button connected to the hotel reception, detector have been incorporated of falls or full body dryer.
Our establishments in general have large rooms for meetings and events, spacious rooms for breakfast, restaurant, as well as technical and technological aids to facilitate and make more comfortable the stay of people who have some type of disability.
