Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, at ILUNION Hotels we have had to organize ourselves differently. We have had to change a lot and put aside many practices that we usually carry out, introducing new protocols that guarantee the safety of our guests.

1. Cleaning

We know that as a guest when looking for and booking a hotel, you value the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of the establishments positively, that is why we have implemented security measures and strict cleaning standards both in the rooms and in the common areas, so that you can enjoy with peace of mind of a safe vacation at ILUNION Hotels.

2. Check In and Check Out

We all like to be received at the reception by the smiling ILUNION Hotels staff, who will be available to help you with everything you need in order to create a good, well-prepared environment. In all our destinations, we recommend making payments by card or with your mobile device and we have set up containers for the return of keys and their subsequent disinfection in the rooms.



3. Rooms

While we all love decorative elements in hotel rooms, it seems like minimalism will be the way to go in reducing the amount of material that needs to be disinfected. This means that you will have to say goodbye to pens, paper and other things that we know you love, but which are better to do without.



4. Dining room

Who doesn't love to start the day with a good breakfast? Unfortunately, although we all love the breakfast buffet, this is a thing of the past. As currently social distancing must be respected, meals on plates and individually served have become the norm, which is why we have chosen to offer you the buffet at your table, where you can taste a rich variety of products and hot dishes.

Relaxing in the pools of our hotels and doing activity in the gyms are all advantages, but in this sense we have also had to follow new protocols, such as controlling the capacity in the pools, adapting the entertainment activities and making the decision to keep some of our gyms temporarily closed by offering other alternatives.
