ILUNION Hotels invites you to live a journey of flavors

The current situation in which we find ourselves is forcing us to sharpen our ingenuity, so that we can adapt to the new normal by combining service to our customers with their security. Crisis means change, and changes must always be for the better. At this time when we must all be united, from ILUNION Hotels we have designed a culinary journey through the Spanish geography, highlighting the delicacies of each area.
With this journey into Spanish Flavours, we maintain our usual standards of innovation and quality, betting on authentic and regional gastronomy, with menus where the main characters will be the recipes and ingredients used.
Every day of the week we take a tour of the most important maritime and river basins of our country offering a delicious tasting menu in a cozy and quiet atmosphere. These unforgettable dinners are made up of 4 proposals, with a second course to choose from.
This is the way in which we show our solidarity and commitment to the agri-food sector in Spain, which has provided so many benefits to our country.
And, of course, it is also the way in which we want to provide our clients with happy and unforgettable moments while tasting the most representative and exquisite dishes of each area.
A journey through the gastronomy of the maritime coasts of Spain
There is no doubt that our coastal areas are not only known for the sun and the beach, they are also highly appreciated for the quality of their gastronomy.
The coasts of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cantabrian Sea, as well as those of the Atlantic Ocean, offer us the best seafood, and also land, for the enjoyment of our palate.
The delicacies of the bays of the Cantabrian Sea, the shores of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Galicia and the Canary Islands are among the most appreciated by Spaniards and visitors from all over the world.
Who doesn't want a good chorizo with cider or rice pudding when visiting the Cantabrian coast? And who does not want to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate with the magnificent vegetables from the Levantine garden, its fish and its citrus fruits?
As for the Canary Islands and Galicia, so far apart in appearance, they are linked by an ocean that provides them with unique seafood, such as hake, prawns or scallops.
A trip along the banks of the great Spanish rivers
The interior of Spain has nothing to envy its coastline with respect to its gastronomy. The banks of its rivers are home to some of the best raw materials of our national territory.
The Ribera del Ebro menu at ILUNION Hotels offers dishes as exquisite and representative as the Pyrenean veal cheeks, asparagus mousse or foie with garnacha and apple reduction.
The Douro Valley is the patrimony of the strong Castilian-Leon cuisine, with its powerful pork products made in the most varied ways.
El Tajo, which bathes the communities of Castilla La Mancha, Extremadura and Madrid, offers you the best of game and sausages.
At ILUNION Hotels we have not forgotten our only great navigable river, the Guadalquivir, so we have created an evocative menu that includes the legendary salmorejo, red tuna and the most traditional Andalusian pastries.
The ILUNION Hotels “Viaje de SaborES” is the best way to enhance and enjoy Spanish gastronomy, one of the great treasures of our country.
