Accessible tourism has become a priority for ILUNION Hotels . Our goal is to create hotels adapted for people with disabilities so that they have the same opportunities to enjoy a vacation or go sightseeing as any other person without reduced mobility.
Access to tourism is a right for everyone, andour hotels are accessibleand 100% certified in Universal Accessibility. To do this, our hotels have accessible rooms that adapt to the needs of all types of clients, without sacrificing comfort and an attractive and modern design.
In the same way, we are also committed to simplifying the reservation process for our hotels through the Internet, with an accessible reservation engine that allows people with hearing, visual or physical disabilities to make a reservation at our hotels in a simple and efficient way thanks to an intuitive and easy to understand the process.
Hotels with adapted rooms
Our hotels have rooms that are perfectly adapted to people with disabilities and reduced mobility. For this we have incorporated adequate turning spaces, accessible door handles, motorized curtains, or adapted cabinets with folding hangers to facilitate their use for our guests.
The beds are articulated and motorized to favor rest in its entirety, in addition to incorporating a perimeter edge to the bedside tables. The televisions in the rooms of our hotels include voice activation to simplify turning them on and off, without forgetting the acoustic-luminous beacon with a differentiated warning device.
Adaptability is also present in the bathrooms, with walk-in showers and portable chairs. The shower screen is motorized and has a fall detector and an emergency button to use quickly in case of any need. To dry off effortlessly after a shower, we include the full-body dryer. As well as an accessible toilet with the double transfer.
