Our priority at ILUNION Hotels is to guarantee the safety of our visitors since the time to travel has returned after a long confinement. We have known how to adapt to the new circumstances and have made cautious decisions to facilitate the long-awaited trips of rest and relaxation. Those trips that for years we have become accustomed to in the summer season, at Christmas, at Easter, on long weekends and at any time of the year.

The first Spanish hotel chain certified against Covid-19

It gives us a lot of pride, confidence and security that at the beginning of August 2020, AENOR certified us as the first hotel chain against Covid-19. Currently for the safety of our clients, in all our hotels we are applying all the necessary protocols, both in our facilities and in the provision of services.

The implementation of the safety and health protection measures that we offer is for both employees and customers. These measures are appreciated in the hygiene, disinfection and cleaning of all the rooms, in the change of our restaurant services and access places, among others. As well as in the management of the risks that may exist to avoid them 100%.

All the hotels in our chain offer leisure and rest spaces with facilities and services for all types of people, where they can fully enjoy themselves at any time of the year, guaranteeing the safety of all our guests.

AENOR has granted in-person, documented approval of the services we offer at ILUNION Hotels, impartially ensuring the application of the appropriate protocols throughout our chain, exhaustively avoiding the spread of the virus.

We welcome digitization at ILUNION Hotels

In addition to this great news and thanks to the constant work of all of us who make up ILUNION Hotels, we put into practice a digitization project called "At your fingertips". This new change offers accessibility to people with disabilities, putting into practice and using the most current technology to the maximum. So in this way it is guaranteed that workers and clients maintain a safe distance avoiding physical contact and risk of contagion of Covid-19.

With this project, we guarantee the safety of clients and staff within the hotel facilities, which have been open for a few weeks. We have placed QR codes in all our facilities which allow access to the most important information about the services we offer at the hotel, in an obvious and simple way.

This recent digitization contains compatible and accessible documents supported by programs of easy access to information for people with some type of disability or physical, visual and hearing problem. At ILUNION Hotels we have managed to create a commitment to society and inclusive tourism. We are a successful innovative project in the field that links commitment and future for all.
